Job Description

Staffworks Group is hiring for Customer Service in Maumee, OH. Our client is looking for a team with excellent customer experience and a willingness to work independently.

Temp to Hire!

Weekly Pay, PTO, Health Benefits

Shift: 8 am – 5 pm

Pay Rate: $14 an hour

Job Description:

Take incoming calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, while offering patient assistance and support.
Maintaining and updating all customer communications
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Requirements:

Ability to answer a high volume of calls.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good written, verbal, active listening, and phone communication skills
Handle stressful situations and maintain a calm composure
Good computer skills
Type 25 or more works
High School Diploma or equivalent required
