Staffworks Group is now hiring onsite (no remote) Customer Service Call Center Representatives in Buffalo NY 14206 area!!
The Customer Service Call Center Reps will be responsible for servicing customers and assist in their debt recovery efforts through providing strong customer service! 

Responsibilities: 
• Present with strong and ethical customer service skills. 
• Use of strong time management and organizational skills. 
• Use of Microsoft Office to track all progress and communication with customers. 
• Basic math skills and multitasking abilities for timely customer support.

1. Strong Customer Service 
2. Ethical collection practices
3. Strong Attendance


Multiple Schedules Available: 
Shift 1 Schedule: 
8AM – 5PM Monday and Tuesday 
1PM – 10PM Wednesday – Friday 
With 1 Saturday Per Month (8AM – 5PM) 

Shift 2 Schedule: 
1PM – 10PM Monday – Tuesday 
8AM – 5PM Wednesday – Friday 
With 1 Saturday Per Month (8AM – 5PM) 

Shift 3 Schedule: 
1PM – 10PM Monday – Friday 
With 1 Saturday Per Month (8AM – 5PM) 

Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM for 3 Weeks! 

Qualifications: 
HS Diploma or GED 
Minimum (3) months experience of collections experience; or Twelve (12) months of customer service experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 

Hourly Pay: Start at $16.00 per hour. Monthly bonus: Bonus will be achievable after the agent completes their time with Staffworks and joins client full time (Average $200-$300 / monthly).
