Job Description

Staffworks Group is hiring a Welder in Rossford, OH.
 
The ideal candidate is hardworking, energetic and has experience working with various metals on all types of projects. A successful candidate will be able to ensure that all products are completed with the highest level of quality. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for obtaining welding certificates and assisting in the assembly and disassembly area. They will also have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and be responsible for tracking and compiling compliance certificates.
 
1st Shift: Monday-Friday with possible weekend overtime
 
Compensation: $18-$25 per hour depending on level of experience
 
 
Responsibilities:
  1. Use welding equipment to undertake welding projects.
  2. Weld various materials.
  3. Find ways to improve welding quality.
  4. Be able to troubleshoot problems that arise during welding projects and assembly and disassembly.
  5. Be able to work long hours under deadline pressure.
  6. Maintain a strong work ethic and be a team player.
  7. Use Excel to keep to track compliance certificates
  8. Use computer to electronically store welding inspection forms
