Our established client in Lancaster is searching for a Sheet Molder Lead for their facility.

Rate of pay: $21/hr

Job Description

Lead team of 3-4 in the sheet molder department. Sheet Molder Lead will be responsible for set up, maintenance, and operation of surface grinding machines to grind silicone rubber to tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Surface Grinder following Safe practices at an expert level
• Finish Sheets to size with use of Band saw, buffing and sanding equipment
• General maintenance on all equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Customer service
• Leadership including training and development to their team
• Problem solving

Requirements

• MINIMUM 3 years of manufacturing and sheets molder experience
• Ability to operate surface grinder
• Previous machining experience
• Use of measuring tools (calipers and micrometers) and variety of hand tools
• Good communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills

Education

High school, trade school degree in a related area preferred or demonstrated experience
