Job Description

Nicolet Care Associates is seeking dedicated and compassionate STNA's and LPN's to join our team at our long-term care facility. We have full & part time schedules available, day, afternoon or evening shifts. Pay is $19 - $38 per hr.

STNA Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions.
  • Provide emotional support, creating a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care plan evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to promote a secure and healthy environment.
LPN Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and contribute to the development of personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering to prescribed protocols.
  • Assist residents with complex medical needs and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and record resident progress, promptly addressing any changes in health status.
  • Provide leadership and support to STNAs, ensuring cohesive and effective care delivery.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings, contributing to care plan modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all nursing interventions.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, providing skilled nursing care and ensuring resident safety.
Qualifications for STNAs and LPNs
  • STNA certification for STNAs; LPN licensure for LPNs.
  • Current CPR certification. (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in long-term care settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.'
