Robotic Welder – 1st shift Direct Hire
Air Conditioned Weld Shop!! Direct Hire career opportunity for an experienced Robotic Welder on 1st shift in Hartland!

Position Summary:
Shift: 1st shift: Core hours are 6am-2pm but currently on overtime schedule starting at 5am for their summer busy season
Pay: $22.00-$29.00 depending on experience (higher end of the scale would require robotic welder programming experience)
Job Duties:
  • Operate CNC Robotic Welding Machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Assist with secondary operations including grinding and sanding
Qualifications:
  • Must have Robotic Welding experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • Flexible to assist with additional duties and secondary operations as needed
