Expectations: The Production Manager is responsible for all of the construction. They are in charge of all
material and crew pricing. They manage and lead the entire production teams by ensuring that all jobs
produced by the sales team are produced in a timely manner and within the allotted time frames. They
also make sure that the highest quality is produced at all times while maintaining a flawless accident and
OSHA record. Any and all areas of construction are led and managed by the Production Manager.
Activity Required
● Monitor all phases of construction and know how to perform the jobs of every area in the
production department
● Develop, implement and monitor reports that track the progress of every job in production
● Work with suppliers to ensure that all pricing is the best that it can be
● Work with subcontractors to make sure all pricing is the best it can be
● Review all contracts received
● Creates all material orders and work order by job
● Schedule all material deliveries
● Schedule all installations
● Track and resolve all production related issues and warranty calls
● Track the overall time frames of each location making sure that all jobs are being produced on
time and within budget
● Correct any breakdowns in the construction department as they arise
● Ensure that quality is always being maintained
● Maintain an above average amount of subcontractors in each trade that the company performs
