Job Description

Planning Analyst

Job Type: Full-time, Regular

Business Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Career Level: 1+ Years of Experience

Responsibilities

Coordinate with external vendors to address problems, negotiate better deals and form relationship
Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Sales, and Production to ensure on-time-delivery and resolve related problems
Control inventory of raw materials, finished goods and sub-assemblies
Perform cost analysis and inventory analysis for Supply Chain Manager
Supervise, direct and guide other analysts
Set schedule for project or development and flow of requisite materials
Prepare budget and oversee expenditures
Set goals, policies and procedures for projects
Communicate with other managers, supervisors and colleagues on planning related matters

Qualifications

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
1+ years of experience in supply chain management or planning. Both entry level candidates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Working experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Google Suite
Demonstrated understanding of BOM (Bill of Material) hierarchy
Demonstrated understanding of product release cycle
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in product life cycle management
Analytical and data-driven
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
