Job Description

FOOD PRODUCTION

ENTRY LEVEL -Earn as you learn! On the job training

$3/hr. pay increase once hired after training period

Essential duties:

Assemble sandwiches, salad, entrees, and desserts.
Follow daily production schedule.
Adhere to and comply with all food safety, food quality and GMP policies.
Follow plant safety rules, Lock-out Tag-out requirements and use personal protective equipment when required.
Support line changeovers.

Requirements:

Must stand for the duration of the 8 OR 12-hour shift.
Occasional pushing/pulling.
Occasional reaching above shoulder level.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
Good hand-eye coordination required.
Dexterity of hands is required along with fine motor skills.

Schedule:

4 am – 4 pm or 5 am – 5 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule

3-day weekend off every other week

ONLY WORK 15 DAYS PER MONTH!!

8 Hour Shift/5 days per week: 3 days work 5 am – 1 pm, 2 days work 4 am – 12 noon
