Job Description
Staffworks Group is hiring Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative for our client in Clearwater, FL. This position is in a call center receiving inbound calls for a variety of customers to be passed onto them to call back. The position is a temp to hire position with the availability for a remote position after 60 days. Their goal is to continue to be innovative, take care of their customers, employees, and provide their clients with the finest quality service possible.

Training Shifts & Pay Rate
Training last 3 weeks long
Training Pay - $12.50 / hour
Training Schedule – 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
Working Shifts & Pay Rate
Starting Pay = $13.00 / hour + Shift Differentials (Additional $1 / hour if Bilingual)
2nd – 3pm – 11 pm Monday - Friday, Every other weekend REQUIRED

Full Time Call Center Representative Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Have an enthusiastic, customer-oriented attitude.
- Have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Use a professional telephone voice. Follow communication "script", guidelines and policies
- Be punctual and shows up to work with a positive attitude
- Be able to type at least 25 words per minute
- Be available to work holidays (double pay) & alternate weekends
- Bilingual – preferred
Additional Information for Call Center Representative:
- Bilingual – preferred (Additional $1.00 per hour)
- Shift Differential - extra $0.50/hour from 5p-11p
- Shift Differential - additional $0.50/hour on all weekends shifts
- Hourly pay incentive for additional weekend coverage
- Remote opportunity available after 60 days of employment
- Pay increase with 90-day evaluation dependent on performance
