Job Description

Staffworks Group is hiring Full and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives in Toledo, OH. These positions are Hybrid for the first 90 days. You will be working 2 days from home and 3 days from the office. Must be able to attend training for the first 3 weeks at the office. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for directly helping the needs of each customer with general information, payment, and promoting our client’s products. You will be the one who maintains a strong customer focus and strive to make all interaction a positive experience for each customer. 
Start Time flexible with 8-Hour Shifts
Between 8 am-9 pm Monday – Saturday
Pay Rate: $14 an hour
Must be able to attend 3-week training Monday- Friday 8 am-4 pm
Job Description: 
  • Communicating to customers regarding billing invoices, cycles, procedures, and processes
  • Communicating to customers regarding general information about our products, services, and the company resulting in a First Call Resolution
  • 100% accuracy on all work performed
  • Warm transferring of every call that is beyond their skill proficiencies to the correct area of the company whenever possible
  • 100% accuracy in verifying field appointment times with customers
  • Receiving all incoming telephone correspondence or walk-up customers and providing unaided first-call resolution to the customer’s requests that are within skill proficiencies, billing system privileges, company policies, and department procedures
  • Operating the PC workstation to access customers’ accounts to assist customers with their needs
  • Insuring the confidentiality of all customer information
  • Working continuously with co-workers as a team to achieve the goals of Customer Operations
  • Actively promoting the sales and retention of the Company’s services to our customers and co-workers
  • Meeting the standards set forth by the management of Customer Service
  • Completing Data Entry as assigned
  • Attendance at monthly department training and team meetings as assigned by the Customer Operations Management Team
  • Accurately recording time sheets and notifying a Call Center Operator when late for work as outlined in the attendance procedure
  • Following and enforcing the Company’s policies and procedures, including the EEO guidelines and safety, always
  • Performing any miscellaneous department duties as needed
Education and Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment – required
  • Keyboard Skills – required
  • High School Diploma – required
  • Must be able to pass our comprehensive background and drug screen – required
Other Skills/Requirements
  • Maintains punctuality and good attendance
  • Background record that meets Company standards
  • Reliable means of transportation always
