Customer Service / Office Assistant

If you love working in a small office environment and are flexible to assist with a wide range of office support and customer service duties, apply today for immediate consideration!   Join the team of a small distribution company in Pewaukee that is only open due to upcoming retirement! 

  • Customer service including answering calls and processing customer orders for distributor accounts
  • Data entry updating catalog product information
  • Assisting with a variety of other office support duties as needed such as billing, filing, etc 

Position Hours:   8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri

Pay Range:   $21.00-$23.00 depending on experience 

Qualifications:   
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to assist with a wide range of office duties
  • Professional communication skills to interact with customers
