We are interested in working with you regarding an Account Manager position we have available:
The primary responsibilities include:
• Responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on all phases of the print project life cycle from inception to completion, working in conjunction with clients, sales, artists, and production.
• Print project management also includes preparing estimates, compiling shipping details and invoices, and coordinating installations between the client and 3rd party installers.
• Successful candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be self-motivated to develop client relationships to support our sales team.
Qualities/skills that will make a candidate successful include:
• Self-starter
• Attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Deadline driven
• Strong desire and ability to follow up and follow through with clients and team
• Enjoys talking with people (not just emailing/texting)
• Understanding how to set and manage client expectations
• Must have basic math skills and experience using Excel
• Experience in Word
• Experience in Access a plus
Nite-Bright typically starts people in the position around $22-$24 per hour, but that can change depending on experience. The hours are M-F, 8:00-4:30 with a half hour lunch break. Benefits include full medical for the employee, half medical for family, and half dental for the employee. We provide 15 days of personal time off in addition to holidays.
In addition to candidates with printing or sign company experience, Nite-Bright will consider candidates with experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management in manufacturing, logistics, engineering, or construction. Someone that has worked with trucks or trailers would probably be a fit.
