2nd Shift Assembly & Test Technician

Staffworks Group is now hiring experienced assemblers and inspectors for a new fast paced division within our partners organization located in Mentor, OH. Our partner is a global leader in the Aerospace industry looking for top tier talent to add to the team. This is a second shift opportunity in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $18.75

Position Summary:

Responsible for performing a variety of simple to complex assembly and test functions with minimum supervision. This position operates the required testing equipment to ensure readings and recorded values are accurate and meet all specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrate product and process knowledge by applying it to newly learned techniques.
• Performs basic assembly 
• Test functions, deburring
• Utilizing mechanical skills
• Hand and power tools
• Inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations, as well as demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills..
• Possess effective interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self‐development activities.
