Staffworks Group is hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator/Cherry Picker in Brownstown, MI. The position is full time in a manufacturing environment.
Weekly Pay & Health Benefits
Pay Rate: $16.00/Hour
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Full Time Forklift Operators Responsibilities:
- Operator Stand-Up forklift and Cherry Picker
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations
- Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Pull and prepare the product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a safe, clean, and orderly fashion.
- Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that inventory control and security are maintained.
- Daily, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift.
Full Time Forklift Operators Requirements:
- MUST have valid Driver's License
- MUST be able to operate Stand-Up Forklift
- MUST be able to operate Cherry Picker
- Must have at least 3 years of Experience
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week
- Must be flexible with your schedule and job duties
- Must be a team player
