Job Description

Nicolet Staffing is looking for multiple individuals who enjoy being surrounded by plants and helping them grow long-term work!. We are looking for a full time employee to help us propagate and take care of our plants here at Northwoods Nursery. 
Tasks may vary depending on department, but daily tasks might include some or all of the following:
  • Plant up-potting and propagation
  • Fertilize plants as needed
  • Weeding plants
  • Watering plants in the nursery
  • General cleaning of nursery of debris
  • Helping to load trucks for delivery, as needed
  • Work quickly and efficiently
Some qualities you will need:

 Reliability, be able to show up to work on time every day
 Flexibility as daily tasks can change depending on need
 Ability to work independently and get a job done without much oversight
 Willingness to help wherever needed.
