Finance Accounting Admistnistrator

The Pay: The pay range starts at $19.00-$21.00/hour depending on experience and skill.  

Requirements: 

• Work from home option after initial training, then in Troy office 3-4 days per month 

• Part Time – 20 hours per week, flexible schedule 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 

• 3-5 years of accounting experience  

• Accounts Payable  

• Accounts Receivable   

• SAP  

Responsibilities: 

• Receiving of customer purchase orders and, if applicable, forwarding them internally in accordance with the transfer price directive 

• Preparation of invoices and sending them to the customer  

• Checking of payment receipt with the responsible accounting team 

• Regular coordination with the sales team in Germany 

• You will optimize process in your own field of activity in financial accounting 

• Checking of incoming bills and confirming goods receipt with the project team, book in SAP, and send release to Accounts Payable 

• Making internal quotations and distributing them to the respective projects 

• Supporting the process of creating and sending quotations to customers and obtaining the signatures by the authorized individuals 

• Support for planning and organization of sales trips in the USA 

• Maintaining the quotation overview list 

Future Activity:  

• You will take over the entire commercial support of all projects for performance enhancement in the area  

• You will secure monthly reporting to Lever & Measure Controlling 

• You will continually develop independent ideas which lead to sustainable improvement of performance in the area
