ELISA Manufacturing Technician

Responsible for manufacturing of components of all ELISA kits in addition to in-process quality testing and documentation. Manufacturing Technicians will be trained in plate coating, calibrator and conjugate production and all kit assembly procedures.

Job Duties:

• Maintain quality standards and specifications of finished product through testing and analysis of results
• Ensure that product documentation and testing paperwork are completed properly and clearly
• Proper executions of SOPs and QAPs for manufacturing procedures
• Operate various analytical and mechanical testing equipment
• Complete and update reports, logs, etc. to ensure that product and standards are within required specifications
• Ensure laboratory equipment is operating and maintained properly, with any and all problems clearly communicated to other lab personnel and Supervisors
• Follow all safety, company, and departmental policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervision

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with ELISA preferred; Western Blot a bonus
• Ability to analyze interpret data and results
• Proficiency in Excel

Education.

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related Scientific field
